1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dayste, including its website, planning tools, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Dayste, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Dayste is a date and outing planning platform that generates curated itineraries based on user inputs. We use AI and third-party venue data to suggest real locations, restaurants, activities, and events. Dayste does not make reservations on your behalf. All booking actions take place on third-party platforms.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use Dayste only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from Dayste in an automated manner without our prior written consent
- Submit false or misleading information to the platform
- Use the Service to harass, harm, or deceive others
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
4. Accuracy of Recommendations
Dayste generates venue and activity recommendations using AI and third-party data sources. While we work to ensure the quality and accuracy of our recommendations, we cannot guarantee that:
- All suggested venues are currently open or operating
- Prices, hours, or availability are up to date
- Booking links will be available or functional at the time of use
- Any specific experience will match your expectations
We strongly recommend confirming venue details directly before visiting. Dayste is a planning aid, not a confirmed booking service.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
Dayste provides links to third-party platforms including Resy, OpenTable, Tock, Ticketmaster, Eventbrite, and Google. These links are provided for your convenience. Dayste has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites or services.
Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Dayste content without our prior written permission.

7. User Content
If you submit any content to Dayste, including feedback, suggestions, or information through forms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service. We will not share identifiable personal content publicly without your consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Dayste does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dayste and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dayste and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to the Service
Dayste reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
