Dayste is a date and outing planning platform that generates curated itineraries based on user inputs. We use AI and third-party venue data to suggest real locations, restaurants, activities, and events. Dayste does not make reservations on your behalf. All booking actions take place on third-party platforms.

Dayste has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites or services.

All content on Dayste, including the platform design, copy, branding, and underlying code, is the property of Dayste or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Dayste content without our prior written permission.

The Dayste name, logo, and tagline are trademarks of Dayste. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

If you submit any content to Dayste, including feedback, suggestions, or information through forms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service. We will not share identifiable personal content publicly without your consent.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Dayste does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dayste and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
